Please read these terms and conditions, as they are binding upon all users of the Sarafina Jewelry website, Instagram page and other platforms.

Sarafina Jewelry is not responsible for return/exchange shipping and packaging costs.

Products purchased from Sarafina Jewelry are delivered via third party mail carriers, including but not limited to USPS. Upon delivery of any product purchased through our site to the mail carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Sarafina Jewelry disclaims responsibility for any errors in billing, mailing or shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please be sure to double check all information before submitting your order. If you catch an error after submitting your order, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you as long as your package has not been shipped.

If a safe delivery is of concern to you, please email or DM us and we can purchase insurance on your package. The price of any insurance will be billed to the customer, and must be paid in advance of shipping. We suggest obtaining insurance for large orders.

All purchases are made through a third party vendor called Stripe. Please review Stripes privacy policy if you have any concerns about the security of your payment information.
