EXCHANGE POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, most merchandise is eligible for exchange within 7 days after the delivery date. We are not responsible for return shipping and packaging costs. Items must be unworn and in original condition. If we feel that your item has been worn, we cannot process your exchange and will contact you. You are also able to return an item in exchange for store credit. Please indicate in your email if you would like store credit. All exchange requests should be sent to orders@sarafinajewelry.com. WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

Earrings are final sale due to sanitary reasons. Custom orders and rings are also final sale due to the nature of the product. Purchases made during promotional periods are also final sale if stated. Lastly, sale items are always final sale.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Since we are a small business with minimal staff we cannot guarantee shipping dates. In stock orders will be shipped next day or the week of. On average you can expect your order within 3-10 days depending on your location. Please note the holiday season can delay orders so plan accordingly. Custom orders and rings can take 3-4 weeks. We ask that if you need an order for a specific date, plan ahead. If you need you order expressed shipped please select the proper shipping method and notify us via DM or email prior to making your purchase as we will try our absolute best to accommodate you!

HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?

3-4 weeks depending on the item and the size of your order. If you need an item sooner, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you- additional fees may apply.

MY ITEM BROKE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Every situation is different and we will try our best to acccomdate you. Please note, anything purchased and broken past 3 months is not eligible for a full replacement. Unfortunately, we do not do repairs at this time. To inform us about any broken items, please email us at orders@sarafinajewelry.com with a photo of your item and proof of purchase.
